Apartment Policies

Pets are allowed on the property; however, each apartment has a pet limit of 2 pets. Aggressive breeds including but not limited to Pit bulls, American Staffordshire, German Shepherds, Doberman and Rottweiler or as determined by management and/or city laws, will not be allowed on the premises. Any dog with a previous history of biting or aggression will not be permitted. We have a weight limit of 35 lbs. All pet owners must provide vet records showing current vaccinations and breed of dog. All dogs will “interview” with the manager for approval prior to move-in. Non refundable pet fees and monthly pet rent will apply.

Snakes, reptiles and ferrets are not accepted.

All vehicles must be street legal and operable.

Vehicles should not be left on a jack or jack stands for any reason.

Trailers (not travel trailers) are allowed in the parking lot.

No major car repairs, including oil changes, should be conducted in the parking lot.

Please pull your grill 15 feet away from the building to use.

Dispose of charcoal in the appropriate manner by placing in a trash bag in a dumpster after cooling.
